MY JOURNEY AND COMMITMENT
Having reached the pinnacle of my 30+ year executive technology career, I have reframed my goals and am pursuing my love of real estate in combination with my technology, business development expertise and now my as a CA real estate license.
The result is my new Orange County-based real estate media business named SoCal Coastal Media, my new ability to help agents and sellers market their properties to their fullest leveraging our modern, client-first, tech-based real estate media services to make it easy for agents and sellers to maximize their listing marketing. I provide a refreshing, relationship-based media partnership with agents, fueled by a tech-based back-end operations system to manage the entire process for you from order to delivery.
COMING IN NOVEMBER: "PAY AT CLOSE". Using our sophisticated back end ordering system and partnership with a leading pay-at-close vendor, we'll be integrating an option for agents to select that facilitates purchase of the right media and services needed to properly market the listing without the need to max out credit cards or skimp. The service allows us as the photographer to get paid upon media delivery, but agents will be charged at closing (coming out of commission due). If the property doesn't close, agents can re-assign funds owed to another listing.
Ordering photos from SoCal Coastal Media is easy: We provide busy agents with full transparency of the shoot progress through direct, real-time status updates, and gives you immediate access to specialized marketing templates that can be used with the provided media for you to market the listing (print flyers, social, etc). We also provide a free custom property website for each listing at no additional cost to you. We provide these tools to all of our clients along with a Cubicasa 2D floor plan of the property 'standard' included with any order, no matter the order size, or the home's listing price, or the size of the property.
